Before opening their own firm, Marcela Mercado and Amanda Gladin-Kramer had success working together on challenging personal injury cases, winning multi-million-dollar settlements. We founded Mercado Kramer LLP with the goal of providing the very best service and getting top results for our clients. We have offices in Salinas and San Jose, and handle cases throughout California. AMANDA GLADIN-KRAMER | Partner
Amanda Gladin-Kramer grew up waking up with the sunrise to work on her family farm in North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina for her Juris Doctor and is licensed to practice law in California and North Carolina. She brings over a decade of experience negotiating hundreds of successful settlements, winning trials and motions, and serving as lead counsel on seven-figure personal injury cases. She is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Amanda speaks Spanish. She thrives on fighting hard and finding creative solutions to tough cases. Outside of the law, Amanda is a longtime English as a Second Language volunteer and enjoys hiking and running in California’s beautiful outdoors.

Marcela Mercado was born in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico and came to the United States as a child. She is a native Spanish speaker. Marcela worked full-time to pay for college, then attended Pepperdine in California for her Juris Doctor and a Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution. While in law school she worked with the LA District Attorney’s Office. She is a member of the California Bar. Prior to starting Mercado Kramer LLP, Marcela negotiated settlements for scores of happy clients and worked on multi-million dollar cases. Her clients’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything she does. Marcela can often be found on the weekends enjoying a carne asada with her family or hiking.
